Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain items. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at pomavenue.support@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
